Question by : What should i do if my music doesnt show up in my music icon on my Pandigital ereader?
I downloaded music onto my Pandigital 7″ ereader using the usb cord. When i unplugged it and clicked on my music icon, my music wasnt there. But when i plugged the Pandigital into the computer again, and looked in its music file, it showed that i did have music on there. So is there anywhere else the songs can be? I know they are on my Pandigital i just dont know where else to look if they arent in my music icon.

make sure you have the latest firmware. then make sure that the music is unprotected in mp3, aac, or ogg format.
